Dear Customer,
We have identified unusual traffic patterns that may be related to a potential issue on the uplink of our main router.
As a precautionary measure and to support further troubleshooting, we plan to perform an emergency maintenance action consisting of a controlled reboot of the router. At this time, no errors are visible on the affected ports, and we are hopeful that this step will help resolve the issue.
The restart is scheduled for today at 5 PM CET. Downtime is approximately 5 minutes.
