We wanted to inform you about ongoing issues affecting upload speeds for HTTP/HTTPS traffic. Due to a problem with our optical fiber connection, light pollution, and CRC errors on the receiving side, upload speeds may be slower than usual—especially for large files.

Our team has been working closely with our uplink provider and CosmicGuard to isolate the root cause of the issue. We have identified that the 100G optical transceiver in our core datacenter Databarn needs to be replaced, and the replacement module is currently out of stock. We expect the replacement to take place next week.

While this issue may impact file downloads, game traffic should remain largely unaffected.
