We've received several alerts indicating memory correction events on our Amsterdam Arista core switch. As a precautionary measure, we will be performing maintenance to physically remove the switch from the rack and reseat the memory modules. If necessary, the memory will be replaced to help ensure the continued stability and reliability of the switch.

Because this maintenance requires the switch to be powered down, unracked, opened, serviced, reassembled, and reinstalled, it will result in a complete network outage of approximately 15–30 minutes.

The work will be scheduled for the early morning hours to minimize the impact on users and services.
