We’re pleased to inform you that the network issues have been fully resolved. The root cause was identified as a failure in a fiber optic module, which broke down about an hour ago. Our engineers promptly addressed the issue by replacing the faulty module, restoring full functionality.

This repair has resolved the downtime and improved upload speeds. We apologize for any inconvenience caused during this period and appreciate your patience. The network is now stable and operating as expected....

Due to recurring networking issues, we have contacted our upstream provider, and they have scheduled an urgent upgrade for our core network. This upgrade will require a brief downtime of 2-3 minutes.

As we understand the importance of a stable network, especially for our customers, we have decided to make this change immediately.
