Dear Customer,

We have identified unusual traffic patterns that may be related to a potential issue on the uplink of our main router.

As a precautionary measure and to support further troubleshooting, we plan to perform an emergency maintenance action consisting of a controlled reboot of the router. At this time, no errors are visible on the affected ports, and we are hopeful that this step will help resolve the issue.

The restart is scheduled for today at 5 PM CET. Downtime is approximate...

"On February 5, 2026, between 1 and 2 a.m. (CET), we will be switching your IP addresses
to our new routers, which will result in packet loss for up to 2 minutes."

We are restarting the Game AMS-01 node to increase available memory.

We did not receive a monitoring alert indicating that a capacity increase was needed, so we are prioritizing this update immediately to prevent any potential performance impact.

The restart will result in a maximum downtime of 1 to 2 minutes.

Please be advised that we will be performing a critical network infrastructure upgrade. As part of this work, we will replace our current router and switches with a new Arista switch that provides higher traffic capacity and more advanced features.

During the maintenance window, we will remove the two existing switches, upgrade the RAM in the new switch to support full BGP sessions, and re-rack the server. We expect the work to be completed within approximately 15 minutes from the start time...

VPS IP Migration for Amsterdam & Frankfurt maintenance has now been successfully completed.

Your new IP address is available in your Client Area as well as in the VPS control panel.
If you are using any DNS A, CNAME, or SRV records, please update them to reflect the new IP address.

We are moving forward with the planned transition of our IP management to IPXO. This migration is part of our strategy to improve scalability and keep our services efficient, while avoiding the rising costs of our previous IP partner.

This Monday, we will be performing a router upgrade in Frankfurt to expand our network capacity and support continued growth.

As many of you know, during our earlier growth phase we operated using a single IP prefix shared between Amsterdam and Frankfurt. While this setup allowed us to scale efficiently, we received feedback from customers who preferred IPs with a Germany geo-location as well as improved latency performance.
