We would like to inform you that the maintenance window has been extended until 1:00 PM, as the migration process is taking longer than initially anticipated.

We appreciate your patience and understanding, and we will keep you updated on any further changes.

This Monday, we will be performing a router upgrade in Frankfurt to expand our network capacity and support continued growth.

As many of you know, during our earlier growth phase we operated using a single IP prefix shared between Amsterdam and Frankfurt. While this setup allowed us to scale efficiently, we received feedback from customers who preferred IPs with a Germany geo-location as well as improved latency performance.

We’ve taken that feedback seriously.

Maintenance ended

Following our earlier maintenance reboot, the intermittent connectivity issue returned after a few minutes. We are performing a second reboot to attempt to stabilize the node. If the problem persists, we will migrate all affected VMs to another node to restore full service while we continue investigating the root cause.
We understand this is frustrating and appreciate your patience. We will provide further updates as the situation develops.
